1. Agreement

By using CelestialPieces.store, you agree to these Terms of Service. This site is operated by Astral Spirit Numbers LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Products and Pricing

All products on CelestialPieces.store are print-on-demand jigsaw puzzles fulfilled by Printify. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

3. Orders and Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping and Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printify directly to the address you provide. Shipping times vary by location and are estimated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

5. Returns and Refunds

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Custom Orders

Custom puzzle orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis after payment is confirmed. By submitting a custom order, you confirm that you own the rights to any image you upload and that the image does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to decline any custom order that contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, branding, and content on CelestialPieces.store are the property of Astral Spirit Numbers LLC or their respective creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astral Spirit Numbers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.
